Cheder Menachem Preschool is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Toddler Co-Teacher to join our growing early childhood team for the upcoming school year.
We welcome applicants who have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, as well as experienced educators who are passionate about working with toddlers.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a genuine love for young children and a passion for early childhood education.
- Brings warmth, patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude to the classroom each day.
- Has experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children.
- Holds (or is pursuing) a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
- Understands or is eager to learn about child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
- Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and building strong relationships with families.
- Is dependable, organized, creative, and committed to providing a joyful, engaging learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Reggio Emilia-inspired education.
- Familiarity with Creative Curriculum and/or Teaching Strategies Gold.
- Experience facilitating play-based, child-centered learning.
- Strong observation and classroom management skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Planning and implementing meaningful learning experiences for toddlers (Teacher/Co-Teacher).
- Supporting children's social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development.
- Engaging children through play, sensory exploration, music, stories, art, and outdoor learning.
- Partnering with the classroom team to observe children's growth and support individual needs.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- Part-time positions also available.
